The contact who sent that mail to you is infected by that MSN / mail Virus.
1. Provide the url of this blog article to the email sender so he can better understand what’s going on.

Un virus se propage via mail ou Messenger. Voici comment l’éradiquer.
Si vous recevez ce type de message (mail ou messenger), c’est que votre contact est infecté sans que celui-ci le sache.
1) Donnez lui le lien vers cette page qui lui expliquera ce qu’il a réellement.
2) Il devra changer son mot de passe car le service spammeur lui a volé
Attention ce spam se propage par mail. Faites donc attention lorsqu’un mail vous demande de voir qui vous a bloqué.
Voici comment changer son mot de passe Msn facilement.
Pour changer votre mot de passe Msn – Windows Live Messenger – Hotmail, vous devez vous connecter à ce site :

How not to receive the mails?
While looking for the real solution, I went through many post asking how not to receive those mails. I found it a bit weird that many people care more about not receiveing them instead of fixing there own installation…
The only way not to « receive them » is to fight it back by providing the current page to your friends. Next thing you can do is to create a « rule » in your mail software to filter those email. As an exemple, you could create a rule to move mail onto the trasj box IF SUBJECT EQUAL « Qui te bloque sur MSN ? – Who’s blocking you on MSN ? » Iwon’T elaborate on that sonce there are so much email program available. Post your solution as comment if you want to share the instruction on the one you are using…
I wrote that very quickly using cut and paste etc. Both in French and english. Will try to take a few minutes to put better instruction later on.

Many people get « fished » by sites and mails offering them to know if they were blocked by some people on MSN. To make it simple, most of the sites offering help on the subject AND Microsoft will tell you that it is not possible.
The truth is different. It is possible and quite easy to do. I am in the web business since 1994. I sell a script for people to create a website that will REALLY inform you on the people that are blocking you. My script is really the only I know that is not fishing. Of course by telling that, you may think I am trying myself to provide a scam or something like that. I won’t even provide you a site url here to see who is blocking you. I examined the SMTP headers of the spam, they seem to systematically come from sd-france.
If you save the mail (drag’n drop to your desktop), then forward it to your internet provider, they will be able to blacklist the real sender (not the one in the From, the real ip address from which the message originated)
Sauvez le message en glissant-déposant sur le bureau, ensuite envoyez-le comme pièce jointe à votre fournisseur d’accès, en signalant que vous recevez du spam: ils vont transmettre à qui de droit, et l’émetteur sera finalement bloqué

Allo,
je suis vraiment décue d’apprendre que dans ma »stupidité » je n’ai pas eu le flair de détecter que cà pourrait être un Spam ou qqch du genre….
De plus, je suis allée »jusqu’au bout », en m’enregistrant sur le site pour faire un suivi sur une adresse et j’ai même payer par Pay-pall les frais de 2 Euros. Croyez-vous que j’aie infecté mon système de messagerie E-mail et s’ils s’agit là de fraudeurs…? Leur site est: http://s7.who-blocks.com/?/en/iv3r4/
P.S. J’ai changé mon mot de passe sur ma messagerie Hotmail.
Préoccupée de savoir dans quelle malencontreuse situation je me suis plongé… merci de bien vouloir me conseiller à cet effet.
